The reason why I’m writing this post is because believe or not, some people don’t know how to cook bacon (That was me not too long ago) I used to fry the bacon in my cast iron skillet and get splattered with bacon grease, plus the bacon was not crispy at all.
So I found the solution…All you need is a baking sheet and aluminum foil.
There is not flipping involve just lay the bacon on the baking sheet, place in oven and voila!
Like this:
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Line a baking sheet with foil. Lay the bacon on the baking sheet in a single layer. Place in the preheated oven.
Cook the bacon until deep-golden brown and crispy, about 15 minutes.
Remove the baking sheet from the oven and transfer the bacon to a plate lined with paper towel. Now, you can use the bacon for any recipe.
Crispy, delicious bacon!
