When it comes to hosting a party (game night, birthday or any other occasion) I like to make my life as easy as possible, therefore, I’m always looking for easy recipes to prepare for my family and friends.
Today I want to share an easy one: Meatballs in Picante Sauce. These meatballs are so delicious and they can be prepare in advance and freeze for those days when the family is coming over, or when we are hosting a party.
For this recipe I use PACE® Picante medium sauce which I found at my local Walmart. The sauce has a kick to it that makes the meatballs extra tasty. These sauces are the go-to ingredients that will never fail to kick up the flavor of each and every dish.
PACE® is a versatile product for cooking (can be an ingredient and a condiment) and dipping across occasions throughout your day. Plus, you can make out-of-the-box recipes to showcase the versatility of the products for birthday parties and game night; or what about your college football bowl game parties, and Football Big Game parties!
For this recipe I use ground beef, onions, garlic among other ingredients and once the meatballs where baked, I dipped them in the Picante Medium sauce. So Yummy!
Follow these steps…
1-Cook the onions and garlic in olive oil. Let the mixture cool completely.
2-Get a cup of plain bread crumbs and 1 egg.
3-Add the onion mixture, bread crumbs and egg to the ground meat.
4-Make the meatballs and bake at 350°F for about 30 minutes.
5-Serve with Pace® Picante Medium Sauce
And here is the printable recipe!
