Although February is one of the coldest months on the East Coast, eating this Ice Cream pie in the company of my loves ones; makes me feel warm and cozy. 🙂
Valentine’s Day is almost here! Yes, Can you believe it? and to celebrate I’m sharing with you this easy Ice Cream pie.
For this recipe all you need is…
M&M’s® Strawberry, Vanilla Ice cream and store-bought Graham crackers pie crust.
This is what I did…
1-I got super excited the other day as I went shopping to Walmart and found these colorful M&M’s® Strawberry flavor in the seasonal candy aisle. These are perfect for Valentine’s Day and perfect for my Ice Cream Pie, since they add color and texture to the recipe.
2-I had some Vanilla Ice Cream and left it outside the freezer for about 20 minutes or until slightly softened.
3-I grabbed a graham cracker pie crust.
4-Combined the M&M’s® with the Ice cream.
5-Poured the mixture into the pie crust.
6-And froze the pie for at least two (2) hours.
It was delicious!
I also found some beautiful American Greetings® Valentine’s Day cards and a cute Dove® Valentine’s Day Tin with delicious heart-shaped chocolates, perfect to give as a gift.
Beautiful, right?
You can find everything in Walmart!
