I’ve been preparing a lot of juices lately. In fact, juicing has become part of my morning routine. I grab any fruit from my refrigerator or freezer; I add some milk, orange juice or lemonade and done! This morning, I made one of my favorites combination…A peach, mango and raspberries smoothie. OMG
So refreshing.
So colorful.
So Healthy.
So good! I use fresh peaches, but you can use frozen too.
“For homemade frozen fruits: Wash the fresh fruits, cut them and remove the seeds (if necessary), place them in food storage bags. Remove as much air as possible before sealing the bags and placing them in the freezer.” I added frozen raspberries, mango and lemonade.
Here is the recipe for two people.
- 1 large peach, pitted and sliced.
- 1/4 cup of frozen raspberries
- 1 ripened mango, peeled, pitted and chopped ( I used about a cup of frozen mango)
- 1 cup store-bought lemonade.
- Ice (optional)
Preparation: Place all the ingredients in a blender; blend until smooth.
Remember you can add some vegetables as well.
Enjoy!
What’s your favorite homemade juice, smoothie or shake?
