I had the honor to be invited to this year’s Disney Social Media Moms On-the-Road in New York City–What a nice surprise! It was my first time attending this event held at the gorgeous New York Marriott Marquis Hotel on Broadway.

Disney Social Media Moms “On-The-Road” are mini conferences that provide bloggers with great information about what’s coming soon to the parks, on the big screen and everything Disney. In addition it features a vast arrays of speakers with important information for all the attendees regarding social media and how to improve their skills.
So…
Two new restaurants: The Jungle Skipper Canteen in Magic Kingdom and TIFFINS restaurant in Animal Kingdom. Also, new attractions are coming to Disney, like the new Star Wars Launch Bay at Disney’s Hollywood studio, as well as TWO new cruise lines! Isn’t that amazing!?
We learned how to create content for Pinterest with lifestyle blogger Krystin from Lil’ Luna, but the highlight of the conference was when Kathy Cano-Murillo from Crafty Chica and her beautiful daughter Maya from Maya in the Moment gave us their input on how blogging and social media has become a family affair.
We had two amazing panel speakers from Babble, and also learned so much about the social platform, Snapchat.
Great food, great company and overall great experience!

The best part of the day was when the boss himself showed up to the event, Mr. Mickey Mouse!
and of course, when We received a bag full of goodies, Thanks Disney!
